Our villa in Tuscany offers much to the holidaymaker. The location offers a relaxing holiday for people of all ages. Within easy reach there are many unspoilt beaches, historical towns and traditional Italian villages, which make up this delightful part of Lunigiana, Tuscany. Our holiday accommodation is set in a tranquil location but within a short distance of all local amenities with stunning scenery too, so you can experience the real Tuscany. The local food is excellent and there are a number of fiestas during the year. There is a local market open every Wednesday and Saturday, which is only a couple of kilometres from the villa. Many believe Lunigiana to be Tuscany’s best-kept secret, a land lost in time where village life still revolves around the seasons. Lunigiana is the most northern region of Tuscany dominated by the Apuan Alps. Blessed with beautiful sandy beaches, rocky mountains and breathtaking pastoral scenery.

Outside
The villa is situated on a large private plot of 3000 sq.m. surrounded by apple, pear, plums, figs and cherry trees.
Accessed by private electric gates.
Outdoor garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
Many beaches in Italy have sports facilities such as water skiing and dinghy sailing; others may be a simple rocky cove.
Local beaches are Marinella and Marina di Massa approximately 25km by car.
Golf
The local golf resort is situated in Pontremoli and is within 5km, however this is only a 4-hole golf course with driving range. The resort also has a hotel, restaurant and bar.

Skiing
The local skiing resort is Zeri, which is approximately a 25 minute drive. This offers great skiing and snowboarding for all the family.
Travel
The closest airport to our accommodation is Pisa (PSA) (Galileo Galilei) (80km). Other options are Genoa Airport (100km).
Distances
Pisa and its leaning tower are only an hour from the house. The area around the tower and the cathedral is the nicest bit and there's a good pizzeria in a small courtyard down an alleyway on the right hand side of Via Santa Maria just to the south of the tower.
It takes about an hour and a half to drive from the villa to the outskirts of Florence, so it's easy to visit for a day trip.
Booking notes
A deposit of £500 is required to reserve accommodation within 10 working days of the email confirmation from us. If we have not received cleared funds within this time frame, then we reserve the right to accept alternative bookings.
The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If the balance is not received on the due date, we reserve the right to accept alternative bookings.
Any last minute reservations, within 10 weeks of arrival, full payment is required within 10 days.

Would just like to say thank you for letting us stay in the Villa Tuscany once again. It was fantastic to stay for 2 weeks this time, and we had a perfect holiday, chilling and catching some rays! The weather was fantastic. We had some lovely meals in Pontremoli town centre, but we also made use of the lovely garden area a couple of nights and had a barbecue. We think the villa is fantastic, Lunigiana is beautiful, and the local people are so friendly. Thank you once again, we are so grateful to you. Best wishes.

The peace and tranquillity is second to none, Lunigiana has to be the most unspoilt part of Tuscany for sure, not to mention the fantastic views and scenery and with the villa being so well equipped you wish for nothing.
