This pretty rustic farmhouse sits on its own land of approx 10 acres and is in a peaceful location, with views of Olive Groves. Private swimming pool with stunning views. The nearest local town is Castel Frentano, which has a market on Tuesday and all amenities. It is 5 mins drive away. Lanciano is a medieval town with an abundance of churches and museums, restaurants and bars and can be reached by car in 10 mins. The pretty hilltop town of Casoli is also worth a visit. 15 mins away are beaches at San Vito.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We can provide an extra bed
in the twin room at an extra charge of £30.00 per night. Please ask when booking.
During June - September the house will be charged in units of 7 nights.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am.

All bed linen and towels included, House is cleaned once per week on Saturday. We do not supply towels for swimming pool or the beach. Please bring your own. Badly stained towels and sheets will be deducted from holding deposit |

Accessibility
The farmhouse is reached via a private road which is shared
with farm at end. A car is a essential. Would not be suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Private swimming pool, 8x4m . 1 mtr at shallow end and 1.5mtrs deep end. No Diving. Terrace for sunbathing, barbecue area. Plenty of sunbathing options. 2 Sun loungers and assortment of white furniture for pool area.
Coast/Beach
Beaches along the Adriatic coast can be reached in approx 15 mins by car. San Vito, Fossacessia and Castel Bordino are well worth a visit, all have plenty of good restaurants and bars.
Golf
Golf courses can be reached approx 30 minutes.
Skiing
Skiing approx 1 hour to Rocarosso or Passo Lanciano.
Travel
Nearest airport is Pescara which is approx 45 minutes away, a car is essential. Rome and Ancona Airports are just over 2 hours away.

Booking notes
A deposit of £250 will be required to secure your booking for July & August we will require £350.00, with balance due 8 weeks prior to travel date. An additional £250 damage & breakage deposit will be required with the balance. This will be refunded after inventory has been checked.
