Lovely apartment, ideally located at 1km from town centre, 90km from Florence, 25km from the Pisa airport and famous tower, 30km from Lucca centre. The apartment is really pretty with modern and simple furniture, wide living room with panoramic window, kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 people, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, wc. Self standing heating. The apartment has a private garden with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation. The apartment has a private parking.

Changeover day
In July and August we rent the apartments just weekly from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year, the changeover day is flexible and if available, we accept even short stays.

It's a very suitable place for the children.

Accessibility
The apartment is not specially equipped for disabled people, but the apartment is on the ground floor, direct at the garden.
Outside
The apartment has a private garden, parking space and also 3 bicycles. The bikes are really useful, you can use it to go to the sea (5 mins) so you can avoid the problem of car parking near to the sea.
Coast/Beach
You can reach the beaches in 5 min by bicycle. Viareggio has wide beaches ideal for children.
Golf
Golf within 30 mins drive.
Travel
Cheap flights are available to Pisa Airport and then hire a car or take the local bus to Terricciola. Pisa is most convenient.

Distances
Once you arrive, with so much space and such peaceful surroundings it is hard to tear yourself away but the close proximity to many of Italy's major attractions including Florence (50km), Pisa (30km), Volterra (50km), San Gimignano (60km) and Siena (50km).
Further details
The apartment is located in the centre of Viareggio, in a small village called "Le mimose". This village is a new complex really quiet, near to the railway station. Here you can find supermarket, pub, restaurant, etc.
Viareggio is a famous place for the shops, for the nightfever, for the promenade, for the beaches: you will love it!
Booking notes
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price, however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean. A deposit of 35% is required on booking. You can pay by interbank transfer or postal transfer or recharge Paypal account, you can pay the remainder on your arrival in cash. Price includes gas/electricity/water consumptions, bedlinen, blankets and bath towels.
