Located in the radius of 150km are the best places of oriental Sicily (valley of Anapo and Pantalica, Noto, Catania and Etna Taormina, Ragusa, Modica) Malta is a day’s round-trip. The house is located in a little village with evocative garden gained from ancient latomia. Within walking distance of good restaurants (1 of which is on the waterfront) and local shops.

Notes on prices
Attention, due to the severe economic crisis, there is a 15% discount on all list prices, except for groups over 4 people and the month of July!! April, May, June, September and October are the best period in order to visit the Sicily and not only to bathe themselves in its sea! It is not warmest, but the sea is warm. They are months in which you will be able to visit all, without confusion and to the optimal temperature and the prices are many lows!
Changeover day
The changeover day is usually Saturday but this is flexible on demand; usually the arrival is in the afternoon and the departure is about 10am, but all is flexible!

The beach is 100m on foot. Others beaches are 15-30 m by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Fontanarossa/Bellini in Catania at 55km. The car is essential is you want to visit the area, beyond to swim and to have the sun.

2km from Cassibile, 12km from Siracuse, 30km Anapo and Pantalica, 18km Noto, 60km Catania, 90km Etna and Taormina, 70km Ragusa, 50km Modica, and also Malta, roundtrip in a day, with rapid catamarano from Pozzallo 80km.

In Fontane Bianche you can find restaurants, shops, church, pharmacy, a medical place for ready aid and a discotheque etc. 2km to the Cassibile village where you can have all you have need.
Booking notes
For the booking send a mail; after it is demanded a deposit about of 30% of the price. On arrival pay the difference and the security of 30% of the price, that I will return in the end, if the house will come given back without damages.

Mr De Natale's house in Fontane Bianche is perfect for families with young children. Our two year old son loved playing in the safe and private courtyard while we relaxed. The house was very clean and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach is, again, very good for children with warm, shallow water and white sand. We found Fontane Bianche to be a very friendly place with everything we needed. There were plenty of interesting sights close by and Mr De Natale left good instructions to visit them. Mr De Natale was very helpful and comunicated with us via email and text message in English, before we left and when we arrived. Booking and arranging payment was all very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would love to go back myself.

I spend my time in charity work, reading, cinema, opera, and friends.
I am in good form: in winter I go to gym, in summer I swim.
I love a lot to travel in Italy and in the foreign countries.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I have purchased the house in the 1991. I chose it for her location. It is in fact in the centre of Fontane Bianche, to few footsteps from the free beach of sand.
So in the proximity there are shops, restaurants, pizzeria, butcher shop, bakery, etc.
Besides, the house is inserted in a beautiful village with many big trees of olives, palms, roses, pines, hibiscus, geraniums, jasmines, etc and common services (gatehouse, area conversation, cinema, showers, etc). When I still worked I spent a lot of time in that house, in all the seasons, and had the pleasure of the friends, the privacy of my house and the proximity of the sea and more! In this house I have always felt to my ease and happy!
Unique benefits of the property
The house is not great (70 square metres, an advantage because you can keep tidy with little work!) but is endowed with all the comforts: conditioned air in the matrimonial bedroom, two bathrooms, the satellite TV, a small barbecue in the terrace, etc.
You will find, also, the beach umbrella and chairs, besides the towels.
Also, if you desire, your children and You will have the possibility in the village to meet and frequent other people of any age.
Insofar write me, if you want a vacation to the sea that also allows you to know places and towns heritage of the humanity (UNESCO) where there are excellent hash house that I will point out you. Finally a hot tip: the months at a reduced price are the best to visit and to live the Sicilia: little heat, not much people!
