Hillside location, not suitable for very young children or anyone with walking difficulties. Villa fitted with smoke detector, LPG detector/alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector/alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket & basic First Aid kit
Outside
Pool 8 x 3 x 1.6 mts pool (constant depth) solely for guest's use (open May to end of September). Barbecue, pool furniture with cushions. Large shaded verandah with furniture, hammock in grounds. Large private plot 5000 mts sq. The owners may be in residence in a separate detached studio house on the grounds. The owners and the studio house do not intrude on guests' privacy. The owners do not use the pool when guests are present.

Both west & east coasts approx 3 hrs by car.

Perugia golf course approx 40 mins in car.

Rome airports approx 2.5 hrs by car.
Ancona and Forli (Bologna) approx 2 hrs by car.
