Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday, however, this is flexible. Short or long stays (1 month or more) will be considered. On departure day we ask guests to vacate by 10am.

The apartment has full central heating and logs are provided for the open fire. No smoking or pets allowed.

Accessibility
The property is accessed from the driveway with ample parking facilities. A small step up to the path with a further step to the terrace and entrance door direct to the dining area. Internally a further two steps lead to the lounge with a corridor to the sleeping area which is all at one level. Off the corridor the bathroom is one step down.

Outside
Private terrace accessed from kitchen/dining room with table and chairs for outdoor eating. There is a further sun terrace and sun loungers and deckchairs etc are provided. From here there are views of Sant Angelo, the coast, hills and mountains. The gardens of the property contain olive trees and a large fruit orchard.

Coast/Beach
The Adriatic beaches of Fano 20 min drive and Senigallia 40 min drive have the prestigious blue flag. The beaches at Pesaro are about 25 mins away, Rimini is approx 45 mins, whilst the beautiful Riviera del Conero is just a 90 min drive. There are marked paths to be walked in The Monte San Bartolo Natural Park (Pesaro) from which you can view the wildlife and enjoy beautiful coastal scenery.

Golf
For golf enthusiasts the 18 hole Rimini Golf Club is about a 60 min drive, whilst the 9 hole Riviera Golf Club at San Giovanni in Marignano is about a 45 min drive. The Conero Golf Club, Sirolo, has an 18 hole and a 9 hole executive course, a swimming pool and tennis complex and is approximately 90 mins by autostrada.

Travel
Rimini airport - Ryanair or Easyjet is about a 45 min drive. Ancona - Ryanair and Bologna (Forli) Ryanair 1 hour. Bologna - BA 1 hour 20 mins. Car hire is available.

Distances
We are ideally located to enjoy the many wonderful places to visit such as - Pesaro 15 min drive. Fano 20 mins. Urbino 25 mins. Republic San Marino 55 mins. Loreto and Riviera Del Conero 90 mins. Assisi (Umbria) 95 mins. There are many fortified medieval hilltop towns to discover, all within an hours drive, whist the village of Sant Angelo is only 2km away.

Further details
The province borders Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Tuscany and the Republic of San Marino. Both Fano and Pesaro have main line stations making it possible to visit many places in these regions by train as well as by car. For instance - Bologna is 2 hours by train. Florence 3 hours. Rome 3½ hours. Venice 4¼ hours.

However, if all you want to do is simply relax and enjoy all the local facilities, no problem. You will find all your daily needs in the village. There are supermarkets, a bank, a post office, a butchers, a bakers, a chemist and the local parish church. There is also a bus service to other local towns.

Almost everywhere you go, towns and villages will boast a crowded calendar of events. Normally, these outdoor 'festas' are focussed on the Spring and Summer months, but some theatre and opera festivals continue throughout the year.

Italians are serious about food and wherever you go you will invariably eat well. Fresh quality ingredients assembled with minimum fuss is the norm. You will find that each area will have its own distinctive 'cucina tipica.'

Locally there are many such places to discover and enjoy, whilst the near coastal towns of Fano and Pesaro have many fine fish restaurants. The resident owners are British and have travelled extensively throughout Italy during the last 20 years. They will do all they can to make your visit to this beautiful region a very happy and enjoyable one.

Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, then full payment will be required. Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 euro in cash is required to cover for any damage or breakages. This deposit will be refunded to you on the date of departure if it is not required. Persons making the booking must be at least 18 years or over.
