The house is a few kilometers away fro Lake Bolsena where it is possible to take boat trips, hire a boat or a kayak, go cycling or just swim and soak in the sun and enjoy the beautiful natural environment. The house is the result of two old cottages being restored and joined together. The restoration is a subtle blend of rustic charm, with beamed ceilings and thick walls with all modern conveniences.

There are 1 or 2 steps on the ground floor, however bedroom 4 with 2 single beds is on the ground floor as is the main bathroom.

The garden has a vine covered pergola delightful for al fresco dining with plenty of seating and lighting. There is a working pizza oven in the garden.
Coast/Beach
Lake Bolsena 4km. The beaches round Bolsena Lake vary from quiet and tranquil, to those providing boats and pedalos for hire with bars and cafes. The sea 30 min by car.
