The villa has a central living area and kitchen. As you enter, the double bedrooms are at one end and the family bedrooms are at the other with the family bathroom. The villa is well appointed with all the appliances you would expect to find including washing machine, microwave, TV, DVD and iPod station. Set in 5 acres of olive groves. Ideal for family holidays. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, however we do accept euros. The Villa is cleaned on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday. The villa is available from 16:00 and you will need to depart by 12:00 noon.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms 1 and 2 are doubles with en-suites including a bath/shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins. Bedroom 5 has bunk beds and a single. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms have both bath and shower, wc and basin. The bathroom to bedroom 1 has the same as all the others bathrooms and a bidet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well appointed with a 5 hob cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the things you would expect to find in a beautiful villa. |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine is in here with the airer and another wc. |
| Living Rooms: | Seating for 11 around a central fire place. There is a separate area with the TV and DVD which also has a sofa. This area is set behind the kitchen and acts as a lobby area for the family end of the villa. |
| Other: | Outside living area includes a large dining room table (seating 12) a BBQ and prep area for food. There is an additional area (on 2 levels) to sit after dinner or indeed when the sun is too hot! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels, linen are included. There is also a travel cot available on request. The villa is cleaned Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On the Villa web site is a list of activities that can be arranged (horse riding, tennis courts, sailing trips etc). |

Accessibility
Split level and is probably not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The pool is walled and gated for child safety. It is 12m x 5m and has sunloungers around it. We have shade along 1 side and there is a shower within the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Set up in the hill, mid way between the Adriatic and Gulf of Taranto both are accessible on a day trip. See our web site for more information about the beaches.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are Brindisi (40 minutes drive) and Bari (70 minutes drive). Both Ryanair and BA fly to these airports.
Distances
Cistenino is the nearest small town 10 minute drive. Ostuni is larger and is 20 minutes drive.
Further details
There are lots of local shops, markets and resturants all around the area. The resturants all welcome children and are very friendly.
