This modern villa set in its own grounds is not overlooked, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is set on two levels with an external staircase in the style of the area. Situated on the outskirts of Magomadas down a short unmade road, with large pool and various patios, barbecue and games room with pool table and darts etc. The Medieval town of Bosa is less than 10 mins drive, and the lively beaches of Bosa Marina and Porto Alobe are even closer. Local activities include diving, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing and windsurfing. For golfing enthusiasts, the Arena Golf and Country Club is 45 mins away in Oristano. The villa is within easy reach of Alghero Airport and is about 45 mins drive south along a breathtaking coastal road.

The property is detached, standing in its own grounds with an orchard containing over 40 fruit trees. It has breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The air-conditioning also provides heating if required. The pool area provides ample deck chairs together with outdoor shower and barbecue. Various patios provide shade and privacy.

The unspoilt coast line has a variety of sandy beaches and clean clear waters.
Golf
The closest golf course is situated 45 mins drive away south in the Town of Oristano.
Travel
Ryanair fly to Alghero Airport. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest villages are Magomadas and Tresnuraghes. The town of Bosa and it's Marina are a 10 min drive away.
