Situated in the open countryside in a very panoramic position, only 10 minutes drive from the Medieval village of Radicondoli and not far from the main art cities such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, the Chianti and the Brunello region. The property extends over a vast private park of 200 hectares, 12 of which are olive groves and pine forest; inside the Villa you'll find 12 bedrooms each one with private bathroom and balcony or garden and TV, a large living room, a huge kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a billiard-table. Suitable for 24 people. Maximum sleeps 28 people included children.

We request a 40% deposit paid by bank transfer at the time of confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 6 months prior to arrival. The balance should be paid upon arrival in cash.

Date Submitted: March 10, 2008 Date of Stay: February 2008 We stayed here for a large family party / holiday in February 2008. The website under sells the location; stunning elevated panoramic setting. Clean, luxurious and yet practical family/group house. Friendly proprietors; couldn't do enough for us. They provided local cheap wine from a neighbour - cheap and very cheerful. Superb Organic olive oil grown on the actual estate provided for free.
Great base to explore the Sienna / Tuscan hill top towns. Worth every penny.
The grounds were vast, and in summer (we went in winter) it will make a wonderful location for a large, or multi family holiday location. We rearranged the furniture to suit our needs and it wasn't a problem.
