The prestigious Luigi Einaudi wine estate (he was the first president of the Italian republic), established in 1897, is the oldest in the area and extends over 300 acres of land of which some 160 acres are covered entirely with vineyards. Today, Luigi’s granddaughter Paola and husband Giorgio Ruffo continue this strong family tradition as leading producers of top Barolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto wines. The Guest House has become a “Relais”, maintaining intact the original structure and character of a private house. It is positioned alongside the Cantina of the Poderi Einaudi, in a magnificent situation on a gentle hillside of the Langa, surrounded by the imposing Maritime Alps. Here, guests can discover the magic of vine cultivation and production and taste the wines which mature in the cellars.

Golf Club Cherasco at 15 minutes from the Foresteria. It is a 18 hole course in the heart of the Langhe.
Travel
The closest airport is Caselle 20 min. to the north of Torino, otherwise you have the airport of Malpensa at 2 hours.
Distances
We are close to the village of Dogliani, here all the area is surrounded of very little and wonderful village with many medieval castle on the top fo the hills.
