B&B Asprolisette

B&B has 2 suites and 1 double room in silence, art and green. There is also a little kitchen if you desire to rent all the apartment. All the rooms have private bathroom and air conditioning. We source local produce for our breakfasts and cater for all tastes with quality foods and beverages. Our pastries and bread come fresh from the local bakery each morning and we only serve REAL coffee, of course you can have tea if you prefer. As well as pastries we serve cereals, juice, fruit, bread, jams & yoghurts, we also offer hot options for an extra charge.

Il Conventino (6 Bedrooms, Sleeps 13)

Conventino is on the ground floor and is a spacious self contained 6 bedrooms decorated with antiques fornitures wich lend an atmosphere of time past, and all rooms have bathroom and air conditioning. There is also one big sitting room with table and sofa close the wonderful fireplace. The kitchen is big and complete with everything. Around the Conventino there is one garden of rose and rosemary flowers.

Notes on accommodation
B&B - rooms cleaned everyday with change bathtowel.
It is possible to rent all the B&B in this case you have a little kitchen to use.
Conventino is a comfortable villa. The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, plates and all you need. The rooms have divisible beds so you can decide in need double or twin. Cleaning at the arrive, we provvide to give to the guest a middle week change towel, the cleaning in the week is made by guest is possible to ask maid service locally.

Outside
Together with the B&B you have the use of the garden and patio located just off the dining room. There is a table and chairs and we can supply a barbeque.
Close to the town of Todi, only a few minutes by car to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, the pub is only a few minutes away too.
The pool is near the wood, with a wonderful view in common with B&B. It's open only in summer.

Asproli is at few km from Todi, there you will find lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants.
It is a perfect base for exploring this wonderful region of Italy and ALL the wonderful cities, towns and villages of Umbria can be easily reached for day trips. It is also very easy to take the train to Rome for a day trip, it is only 1 hour on the Eurostar and is very cheap, a great way to see the sights of Rome without the hassle of having to stay there.
