Farmhouse “Terra Casa Rossa” is divided in 5 self-catering apartments (also see property ref: IT1686) that have been restructured according to the style of the house. The new swimming-pool is under-construction: ready in May 2008 (19 mt x 8.5mt).

Long winter lets are welcome: from November to mid April: price on demand.The arrival/departures must take place as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 5pm. and 8pm.
Departure: Saturday between 8am. and 9am.
Service include: Weekly change of towels and bed linen. Final cleaning. Water, electricity and gas. Use of washing machine ad iron. Use of swimming pool and garden. Use of barbecue and external oven.
Sun beds at poolside.
Changeover day
June, July, August and September, bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Between October and May changeovers are flexible
