Nestled in olive groves and vineyards this country house accommodation offers all the comforts of new and luxurious fittings in an atmosphere of rustic Italian style. Situated on the first floor, there is a spacious central living/dining area with adjoining kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool. The accommodation is equipped with all appliances, such as dishwasher, microwave, cookware, tableware and linen. For those staying during the colder months, there is also an open log burning fire place. Leading off the living area there are three stylish bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 large single) that are all equipped with wardrobes, television and en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there is a landscaped garden that has a BBQ area that offers spectacular views of the surrounding farms and hilltop villages. For booking in February, March, April and May, we will offer a free entrance to a couple of persons into our small "spa" for a Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage or a foot-massage at choice.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, however when considering the cost of flights Wednesday appears to be the most economical choice.

Towels/linen are included. We do not supply pool/beach towels, but they are available to buy. Dressing gowns are supplied for use in the spa. The property is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. For longer stays, property is cleaned once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
We offer a warm welcome to children of all ages and will try to accommodate their needs where possible. Our pool is fenced for safety but we recommend that parents supervise young children at all times, as we do not employ a lifeguard. We would like to remind parents that young children also need supervision while on the balcony.

Accessibility
The accommodation is reached by outside stairs but once upstairs everything is on one level. Those with mild mobility problems may not find any issue with our accommodation but it has not been adapted for wheelchair access.
Outside
Beautiful landscaped garden with large (10m x 5m) swimming pool and separate outdoor hot tub. Around the pool there is a large area for relaxing equipped with umbrellas for the shade and a nice BBQ to roast good meat or fish.
The parking space is directly outside the accommodation and you have your own private entrance.
There is ample space for children to play, a swing and a slide among other outdoor toys and games. We have 3 horses that you are welcome to visit. They are good natured and are suitable for childrens rides and beginners. Reservation required for horse riding.

Golf
Nearby, there is a small driving range for practice and beginners. For a more challenging golf experience good courses can be found within a 1 hour drive.
Skiing
Skiing is available during the winter months only half an hour's drive into the mountains.
Special interest holidays
Our accommodation is situated a few kilometres from the edge of the Sibillini national park, where many outdoor activities are available such as mountain biking, hill walking, birdwatching, kayaking, climbing, para-gliding.
Cookery classes and mini chocolate courses can be booked.
In the middle of July, there wil be also a very famous village festival in Colmurano, called "Pizzagra" with hand made pizza and many typical things to eat and drinking good beer and sangria on the street during street artists are exhibiting in various shows. Really fantastic !
Travel
The nearest airport is Ancona/Falconara 1 hour drive, serviced by Ryanair.
There is also an other Ryanair airport in Pescara which is 2 hours drive. Car is recommended but airport pick up and drop off's can be arranged on request.
Distances
The village of Colmurano is within walking distance of 1 km.
many other important towns such as : Loreto, Macerata, Assisi, Conero peninsula are all within easy driving distance.
Further details
The village of Colmurano is well serviced with two small supermarkets, two bars, one pizza restaurant and an ice-cream/chocolate shop. Nearby there are many good restaurants offering typical Marchigiane specialities and for basic shopping, supermarkets and street markets are close.

To make a booking in the first instance please contact us to check availability and to hold your chosen week/s.
We require 25% of fees due as a deposit at the time of booking, then 6 weeks prior to your arrival we will require payment in full.
We ask our guests for an additional Euros 200 against possible breakages/damages, payable on arrival and refundable on departure.
