Prices are for the property(s) per week in euros. Winter period: Heating 70 euros per week. Long winter lets are wellcome: from November to Mid April: price on demand.
The arrival/departures must take place as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 5pm and 8pm.
Departure: Saturday between 8am and 9am.
Service include: Weekly change of towels and bed linen. Final cleaning. Water, electricity and gas. Use of washing machine ad iron. Use of swimming pool and garden. Use of barbecue.

Changeover day
June, July, August and September, bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Between October and May changeover are flexible. Arrive between 5pm and 8pm. Depart 9am.

Apt Nr.1 Rose (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Number of rooms 2. For 2 adults or a family with two children. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with two single beds., One bedroom has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Bathrooms 2 en-suite shower room with shower and WC. 1 bathroom with shower cubicle with basin and WC. On the ground floor it has its private entrance and living areas. The lounge is very well furnished in traditional style. The kitchen is fully equipped. The other one is smaller but perfect for 2 children. They are well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and chairs and sun umbrella.

Apt Nr.2 Sunflower (Sleeps 4/5, 2 Bedrooms)

The apartment is on the ground floor. Bed Additional. Dimensions 75m2. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed near the living room. Additional bed. All the apartments have double beds or singles beds that can be joined in one double. En-suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin and WC. As you enter you find yourself in the kitchen and in the living-room area which is fully equipped. They are well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and chairs and sun umbrella.

Apartment Nr.3 Ivy (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)

Bedroom with double bed/single beds (plus additional bed) En suite bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and WC. First floor of the building. As you enter you find yourself in the living room and in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and chairs and sun umbrella. The terrace enjoys a fine view of the countryside and is an ideal place for enjoying an al fresco meal and to spend a pleasant time outdoor.

Apartment Nr.4 Violet (Sleeps 4/6, 2 Bedrooms)

Dimensions 90 sq.m. Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double bed/single beds, plus additional bed. En-suite shower rooms with shower cubicle and basin. This characteristic apartment is on the first floor of the house. The living room is very comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped, well provided with all the facilities you need to spend a nice holiday. Well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and chairs and sun umbrellas.

Travel
The nearest airport is Pisa 18km where you can rent a car. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Only 2km to the ancient village Fauglia which has all amenities (banks, chemist, food and other shops, pizzeria, gourmet restaurant, etc). The nearest supermarket the village of Collesalvetti and it takes 10 mins by car. Pisa 18km. Volterra 50km. Firenze 80km. Lucca 30km. Siena 150km. San Gimignano 50km.
