If you are looking for an elegant location for a holiday with family or friends, you have arrived at the right place. Here you will find an exquisitely restored and painstakingly decorated villa set in traditional Italian gardens with private pool. Within an hour's drive you can reach many Tuscan jewels such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Lucignano, Pienza, Perugia and Assisi. Frescoed ceilings on the ground-floor and first floor, and on the second floor the wooden ceilings are visible in all their splendour. The 12,000 square meter Italian-style park is fenced and floodlit. Next to the kitchen, there is a big floodlit swimming pool, a barbecue, with tables and chairs that can accommodate more than 20 people. There is a big private parking. The property has its own beautiful chapel, St. Donato, available upon request for family celebration and weddings, along with the organization of the celebrations for these occasions.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. Cooking utensils are provided, huge American fridge/freezer with ice water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, coffee machine, machine for cappuccino and coffee espresso, 5 ring hob. |

There's a room equipped as laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
The elegant and large living room, has five comfortable sofas, TV, Sat LCD, a little table and a stone fireplace. Next to the living room there's a table for poker game. The dining room with fireplace, can accommodate more than 20 people. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Only pool towels are not included. Cleaning of the bedrooms are made every day for three hours. Towels and linen are changed every week. An extra change costs 10 euros/person. |
Notes on accommodation
The ground floor and the first floor of the villa have frescoed ceilings and all the wooden furnitures are ancient and restored, pendants are made of precious "Vetro di Murano". Villa i Ponti is a luxury villa that has been furnished with taste and to offer our guests the maximum comfort and quality. The villa is generally child friendly, the fenced spacious gardens are very appreciated not only by adults but even by children. It is also completely illuminated and electrical energy is included in the price. Each bedroom is furnished with TV LCD Sat, air-conditioning (not included in the price). Also heating is not included in the price, and the wood for barbecue or fireplace are to pay. On request we can organize your dinners with exquisitely typical Tuscan food. The private chapel of S. Donato, inside the property, can be available for weddings and ceremonies.

Accessibility
Villa i Ponti is not adapted for wheelchair users, because it's a property of 1500 that has conserved the original construction.
Outside
Among the 12000 square meters of gardens with ancient trees, there is also the barbecue with tables and chairs for more than 20 people. The spacious outside is completely fenced and illuminated. The 6m x 12m swimming pool is private and illuminated.
Coast/Beach
You can reach the coast and seaside places in two hours drive.

Golf course with 9 holes 6km. Golf course with 18 holes 45km.
Special interest holidays
On request we can organize wine tours, a day at the seaside, a day in Rome, a tour of Etruscan towns, rafting. Close to Villa i Ponti, there are a lot of points of interests: there are tennis camps, zoo, shopping centres (as Valdichiana Outlet Village), mountain biking, kart, horseback riding, antiquing, Beauty Spa, live theatre, museums, sightseeing, etc...

The nearest international airport is Firenze-Peretola: 90km. Another airport is Pisa-Galileo Galilei: 140km. Rome Fiumicino airport "Leonardo da Vinci": 200km.
The nearest railway station is Arezzo (for high speed train), 25km from the villa; and Lucignano (for normal train) that is 3km away from Villa i Ponti.
The use of car is essential because the the nearest town is 3 km away.
