The house is charming and rustic, completely fenced, private pool. Peaceful location immersed in the nature but at the same time near to the centre of the medieval town of Mogliano. The rooms are on the first floor, this is the typical construction of Le Marche country-house. A big living kitchen room with a traditional fireplace, a double bedroom, a pretty bedroom with three single bads, a nice bathroom. At the ground floor there is another big living-kitchen room with traditional wood oven, in front of a nice gazebo for eating alfresco (with barbecue). Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool (7m x 5m) and the garden.

Changeover day
The changeover day is on Saturday, in low season we can consider also other days. Departure in the morning and arrival in the afternoon, to ensure that the property is ready for your arrival.

Coast/Beach
Only 30 minutes by car from the sandy beach of Civitanova Marche. Marche's coastline offers some stunning scenery. Namely Monte Conero with its high cliffs (offering 18 walks) and small beaches tucked away in corners of natural beauty. Porto San Giorgo, a pretty medieval fishing town with sandy beaches has some established restaurants.
Golf
From 5 miles a little golf (Abbadia di Fiastra).
Skiing
Sassotetto near Sarnano is approx 25 minutes by car and provides some excellent skiing and snowboarding.
Travel
A car is essential. Ancona is the nearest airport, approx 100km. You are also able to use Pescara, Bologna and Rome airports if longer transfer times are not a problem. Pescara is approx 1.5 hours drive with Rome and Bologna being approx 3 hours drive.
Distances
The town of Mogliano is situated in the heart of Marche, you will be ideally placed to visit the many wonders of this unspoilt region. The house is only 3 mins to the centre of Mogliano, where there are bars, restaurants, theatre and shops. 20 mins from the walled city of Macerata and Roman remains of Urbs Salvia. 30 mins from beach and a 40 minute drive will take you to the Sibillini Mountains where you can enjoy skiing in the winter and walking in the summer. Frassassi caves about 1 hour.
Booking notes
Prices include electricity, water and wood for the fireplace. Final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided, and will be changed weekly if you are staying for longer than 1 week. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool. 350 euro of fee due with the booking. The balance due has to be paid at the beginning of your holiday, together with a security deposit of Euro 200, which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday, all being well.
