Encircled by cypress trees and olive groves with far-reaching views across the Chianti valley from the large terraces. The grounds include an all-weather surface tennis court and practice wall, floodlit large pool with 2 diving boards, children’s pool with water slide, boule lane and a large children’s playground. The house includes an outdoor sound system, full-size snooker table, darts, satellite television, gym and large lounge and indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The grounds include an all-weather surface tennis court and practice wall, with changing rooms and showers. There is a large floodlit pool with 2 diving boards, children’s pool with water slide, lit boule lane and large children’s playground.
There are several terraces on which to eat alfresco and an outdoor barbecue and pizza oven with seating area.
There is space for 6+ cars to park.
Coast/Beach
Both the beautiful Ligurian and Adriatic coasts are located at ~1.5 hours drive. Trains are available direct to Pisa or Rimini.
Golf
Ugolino golf course is situated 40 mins drive away.

Numerous stunning 'Corpo Forestale' walks through the surrounding Tuscan hills, ideal for keen hikers.

Booking notes
All enquiries via email please. Booking is confirmed on receipt of 40% deposit. A further deposit of €400 for damages will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period after inspection.
Full balance due 10 working days before departure. The booking deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. Gas and electricity are not included in the rental costs.
