Own restaurant with typically Umbria home made food, the service is excellent. Accommodation is available either as bed and breakfast (BB) or half board (HB). The chef prepares meals with produce grown on own land, such as oil, wine, and vegetables as well as from products of carefully selected local suppliers. In the summertime the dinner will be served in the garden. The Agriturismo is situated in one of the most beautiful and charming area (86 acre) in the heart of Umbria, between olive yards, and vineyards. Only a short walking distance (500m) uphill will take you to the historic centre of Montefalco, a medieval town, rich in art and tradition. There you can visit the Museo of San Francesco, with frescoes by Perugio and Gozzoli. In Montefalco you will find restaurants and café where you can taste the traditional Umbrian cuisine, taste the famous D.O.C. wine Rosso di Montefalco and the Sacrantino. The Agriturismo is very peaceful. The pool size is 15 x 7.5m.

Prices are for the property(s) per week in euros. Price includes: final cleaning; water, gas, and electricity consumptions; bed and bathing linen; The apartments are being cleaned every day, the towels changed every 2 days, the linen changed every 3 days. The price for breakfast is 7.00 € each person. The half pensione is 25 € each person.
Changeover day
In the high season only Saturday. Other seasons we are flexible.

Outside
200 meters from the Agriturismo on the right side is a café with a food shop and enoteca. The buildings on the estate date back to the 16th century and recently were restored completely, retaining their traditional characteristics. The expansive garden contains a swimming pool (15x7,5 m) and terraced areas for reading or simply enjoying the view.
Coast/Beach
140 km from the nearest beach. Lago Trasimeno is 50 mins by car. Lago di Bolsena is 1˝ hour by car.
Travel
Nearest airport Perugia S. Egidio 25 km, there coming 3 times at the week flights from London with Ryanair. Ancona, Ryanair(1 hour 45 mins by car, about the same by train). Rome Fiumicino (2˝ hours by car, roughly same by train). Rome Ciampino (2hours by car). Rome centre about 1 hour 40 mins by fast train.
Distances
Montefalco is only a short walking distance 500 meters.
A enoteca and foodshop, Cafe is only 200 meters.

Further details
A short drive to Assisi, Spoleto and the lesser-known jewels of Montefalco, Bevagna and Spello, a little further to Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, the Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls. Hiking in nearby mountains. Excellent Trevi Dop olive oil and 1 olive-oil museum and the flash art museum.
Booking notes
We can hold an 3 days reservation before booking for you. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 50% deposit (non refundable). You have to put a caution of 150 euros, get it back before departure. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival, payment with bank transfer or bankers draft in euro. For other short time we accept paypal. Arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am.
