Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have central heating for off season use. Air conditioning available only in Lo Stemma 2 with a separate charge.
The whole villa is suitable for children having a private garden.
Outside
Marvellously equipped garden with mountain views. The villa has an old outside oven. Both apartments have access to the main villa's garden and shared pool with equipped solarium area.
The main garden has also barbecue facilities, a soccer and volleyball fields and games for children.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia 20km away. The beaches in Tirrenia are wide with a marvellous pinewood behind.
Travel
Pisa's airport "GalileoGalilei" is only 5km away, car hire is recomended even if the village (with all the shops for basic needs) is within walking distance.
Distances
The village of Calci has all the shops for your basic needs including a supermarket, post office, bank and typical Tuscan restaurants. It is only 300m away.
Further details
Calci has a marvellous "Certosa" of 17th century with a natural museum. Many foot and bikes trials are available on the surrounding mountains.

Payment of 10% required on booking.
Other 30% payment required 1 month before arrival. Rental balnce (including final cleanings) must be settled at check-in.
Deposit of 150 euro against possible damages required at check-in.
