Welcome to Villa Fresia. Villa Fresia is set in the leafy heart of an exclusive enclosed park consisting of a dozen beautiful Mediterranean style villas standing between a secluded white beach and wild mountains covered with Mediterranean macchia. The place is a haven of natural peace and tranquillity, still it is just 2 Kms away from one of the best Golf courses in Italy and the lovely town of Pula. The world famous beaches of Chia are also minutes away. The villa is surrounded by a designed 1000 sq.metres private garden. Villa Fresia has been completely redecorated to very high standards: it has 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite and with private balcony overlooking the sea), 3 complete bathrooms, a large sitting area with a lovely fireplace, a separate dining room on the edge of the garden and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Surrounded by spacious verandas for al fresco dining, it boasts a built in massive Sardinian BBQ.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually on Saturdays, time is flexible, but never before 3 pm.

Notes on accommodation
The house is extremely comfortable both in winter (central heating system with radiators) and in Summer (air conditioning and celing fans in the bedrooms). A beautiful fire place completes the atmosphere.
The enclosed garden and outside park are perfect for small children.
Outside
The garden is about 1000 sq. meters and includes rare specimen of sardinian macchia, olive trees and great rocks, it is beautifully lit. It is automatically lit and weekly taken care of by the park gardener. A large built in BBQ is there for the guests. There are two separate teak sitting area including coffee tables and lounges scattered around the lawn.
The park includes a tennis court for residents.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach (2 minutes walk) is "Is Molas" Golf Resort Beach, with it's smart beach lounges and bar, places are available for non residents too, the rest of the beach is free and unspoilt. Around there are some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean, especially close to Chia. All of them are pure white sand with a shallow entrance. The landscape in the back is scattered with breathtaking dunes.
Golf
Is Molas championship golf course is a 5 minutes drive. Famous for holding the Italian Open has spectacular views across the hills to the beaches and sea. It is a beautiful and very elegant resort. Membership not required.
There is also an 18 Pitch & Putt course about 15 minutes drive, still with a splendid sea view.
Special interest holidays
The area is known for scenic walks both along the coastline and also in the mountains. The clear water is perfect for snorkelling and fishing. Boats can be hired locally. All sorts of sea sports are available as well as horse back riding (there is a riding school within a 5 minutes walk distance).
Travel
Easyjet and British Airways fly direct to Cagliari, a 30 minute drive from Pula. Ryanair flys Alghero, in the north of the island, a 3 hour drive. If you want to use your car you can also fly to Genoa or Rome and get a boat from there. The use of car is recommended if you are to discover the incredible places around.
Distances
The nearest town is Pula, an ancient village that has been transformed to a busy holiday spot still maintaining its old architecture and character. Near Pula is Nora, a wonderfully preserved Roman town of great historical interest where a famous thetre season is held every summer. 25 minutes from Chia lies Cagliari, the island's capital, a great town characterised by a fabulous historical centre overlooking the sea, high standard shopping areas and great wining and dining.
Further details
Facilities like banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, discos and clubs are within a 5 minutes drive. The area offers sport activities of every kind, from waterskiing, sailing and water parachuting to horseback riding, quad driving and golfing.

To book e-mail the owner or call the number provided. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, full payment is due 5 weeks before the date of arrival. A deposit against damage is also required together with the full payment, the sum will be returned at time of departure.
