La Quiete is a recently restored apartment situated in a 17th century olive mill and tower. It has been tastefully renovated to retain original features such as chestnut beams and a lovely brick arch. The private terrace overlooks the lake. There is secure parking for two cars. At La Quiete you can expect a very warm welcome from the Italian and English owners who live on the premises. Between them they speak English, Italian, French, German and Spanish. La Quiete is within walking distance of Passignano sul Lago located on the Northern shore of the Lake. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the town. The lake has clean beaches and it's possible to catch a ferry to the lake's three islands.

La Quiete is set in large grounds and guests are invited to enjoy the 3000 square metre olive grove where they can sit and enjoy the serene water views. About the owner
Decio and I met and married in England. In 1982 we came back to Italy. Decio is Umbrian and wanted to return. We ran a restaurant until he retired. After a life time in pub and restaurants it was very very quiet so we decided to make our apartment into holiday accommodation. Now I can welcome people and at last I feel at home!

We had to live somewhere near our work! Plus it is very beautiful and has a feeling of peace perfect peace, even though we are about 2 minutes from the Perugia ring road and the village.
