Our apartments at Relais Rosa dei Venti are generous in dimensions, from 55sqm for the 1 bedroom to 90sqm for the 3 bedrooms, located at the ground floor or first floor. All with lake view. We want you to feel comfortable as if you were at home: all with a nice garden or a big balcony, modern furnishings, air-conditioning, heating system, bed linen and towels, SAT-TV, dvd player, underground park protected by a gate, self-service laundry facilities, swimming pool with a special area for toddlers, sun loungers, parasols, lifeguard, BBQ, a reception will be there for you! The apartments are strategically located in less than 200m from the beach and the new Moniga's touristic harbour and close to town. Lakeside you will find a beach, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and ferries. In the center you will get bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bank and post office. We can provide cot and high chair on request. And remember - our aim is to make you feel happy.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Euros.
We can accommodate you also for periods of less than one week. We will confirm prices on request. 150 euros/or equivalent in other currencies. Refundable security deposit payable upon arrival. Price includes:use of all of our facilities including bike hire and the swimming pool, all bed linen and towels, water, electricity, gas and air conditioning, final cleaning (we ask to leave the kitchen cleaned) on departure. Saturday is our normal changeover day, we can consider also Wednesday and we can accommodate you also for periods of less than one week. We will confirm prices on request.

The 2 bedroom apartment is well sized (80 sqm) and located at the ground or top floor. Sat TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Heating and air-conditioning system. There are 2 sofas, table and chairs. The living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, though in summer you will probably enjoy dining outside on the balcony/porch. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with microwave, hob, fridge, sink, kettle and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are two bedrooms and one shower room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed/2 single beds. Some apartments will have one of the sofa that can be used as sofa-bed. The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet. Outside there will be sun loungers to relax gazing at the lake, BBQ facilities available on request. |

Notes on accommodation
All the apartments and all rooms have air-conditioning and heating system. Relais Rosa dei Venti is thought to satisfy all needs a family may have. You can come here with your parents with a tata or with your friends, we will always find the best solution for you!
Outside
Thanks to a special camera, all the apartments will be able to see on TV, what' s happening in the swimming pool - ideal for parents to keep an eye on the kids! And during the summer there is also a life-guard who will be always happy to help you! The pool is shared between the apartments in the residence, and has plenty of space to relax. There are sunloungers and parasols for your use. A part of the swimming pool has a depth of 50 cm for toddlers. BBQ facilities available on request.
Coast/Beach
Our residence is only 1 minute walk away from the fantastic beach, where you can swim, scuba dive, windsurf, rent a boat or a paddle boat. in a local shop you also have the chance to hire a scooter or a bike.
Golf
There are a 3 quality golf courses near Moniga del Garda, the closest being 5 minutes away.
Travel
The nearest airports to our residence are Brescia (Ryanair) 45 mins, Verona (BA) 60 minutes and Milan Bergamo (Ryanair) 80 mins. But you can reach us also from Milano Malpensa or Linate, Venezia and Parma. On arrival at our residence, the use of a car is not essential.
Distances
The railway station and motorway A4 are only 20 mins away. You can take the train or drive to the following places: Venice (169 km), Milan (130km), Verona (50km) and Mantova (60km).
Further details
The centre of Moniga del Garda is dominated by the medieval castle, which nowadays contains homes. As well as its historical value, Moniga also offers excellent facilities including a bank, post-office, and tourist information office. The surrounding area is known as The Valtenesi and is an area dominated by terraces of olive trees and vineyards. The region is dotted with castles, villas and small villages and is renowned for its olive oil and wine, especially Chiaretto and Rosso! We have bikes available so why not make a tour of the local countryside. Or take a short stroll to the beach where you can swim or hire a boat (rappydrive). The south of Lake Garda has plenty for all the family to see and do, so why not take a trip to Gardaland, the largest theme park in Italy or one of the many water parks (Caneva, Alto Mincio) or botanical gardens (Parco Natura Viva, Giardino Sigurtà). There is plenty to do if you love water sports and we even have golf courses close by. Moniga del Garda is also an excellent base if you want to take a day-trip to Venice, Milan, Verona and Mantova. Why not visting "Il Vittoriale" in Gardone or "Santa Giulia Museum" in Brescia? And to relax yourself, you can spend one day at the Aquaria in Sirmione: the best spa of the area is only 20 minutes from Moniga del Garda!
Booking notes
All prices include full use of all of our facilities and the swimming pool. All bedlinen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity; gas and air-conditioning are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included. To book, contact me via email and I will confirm availability. 30% deposit is to be paid when booking and the balance 8 weeks before arriving.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
After Corte Ferrari experience we had the chance to start a completely new project: Rosa dei Venti.
This property is close to the lake. Only few meters from the beach and Moniga' s harbour. At the Marina you can find some restaurants and pizzerias. We love Moniga as only recently has been touched by the tourism, so you can still breath a nice and welcoming atmosphere.
400 meters and you are in the center of Moniga where you can find some other restaurants and pizzerias.
Moniga is the perfect place to visit North of Italy, in Desenzano there the highway/railway station to go to Venice, Verona and Milano.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is in a central location and have views over the lake which others can only imagine. Town center ist only 400 meters and lake 200 meters.
Big pool with also a life-guard. There is a garage to keep cool and safe cars.
Apartments are spacious all with balcony or patio.
