Farmhouse set in just under an acre of private grounds. With it's peaceful atmosphere and leisurely pace of life. It is perfectly situated to explore the charms of this beautiful unspoilt Mediterranean Island. The house has 4 bedrooms, is bright and extremely spacious. Large Veranda for "Al Fresco Dining". Areas for playing games and sunbathing. All of the following are within a 15 minute drive: Lido, Bombarde, Lazzeretta, Porto Ferro Beaches. Alghero, with its multitude of restaurants, Pizzerias, Bars, Cafe's and Shops. Alghero Harbour and Marina offer boat trips and boat hire.

There is a charge of £10 pp for final clean, bedlinen, towels (beach towels not supplied), £5 pppw Gas,elec,water .
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A seperate security deposit of £150 is also required prior to departure.
Changeover day
Flexible. Check out time is 10am. Check in time is 3pm.

10 is a comfortable number for this house. Please note that whilst there is ample sleeping accommodation there is only one shower. We can also offer large groups the house adjacent that sleeps up to 4.

Outside
Barbecue, sun beds, loungers, large table and chairs,
small table with parasol. Clients are welcome to try any of the fruit from the fig, plum, pear, pomegranite, almond and olive trees in our garden, also any oranges or lemons that hang over our side of the fence.
Coast/Beach
At least 5 excellent beaches within 10-15 mins drive. Easy parking.
Travel
Alghero Airport 5 mins drive. From Stansted, Liverpool West Midlands and Dublin (Ryanair).
Olbia Airport 90 mins drive. From Gatwick (EasyJet) thompsons.co.uk fly gatwick-alghero Sats in summer.
Car hire is essential due to the rural location. If flying from Gatwick we offer free car parking in our drive.
Distances
Alghero town 12km. Beaches from 7 - 10km.
Further details
Alghero has an abundance of fine restaurants, pizzerias, cafe's, bars, boutiques, perfume and souvenir shops.
Boat trips can be taken from the Marina. Also Boat, car, cycle, mopeds can be rented. Excellent for families and couples, not really for clubbers!!
Booking notes
Minimum 7 day rental. Non refundable deposit of 30% upon confirmation with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A cheque security deposit of £150 is required and returned subject to no damage/breakages.
