Beautiful, fully restored Italian villa set in its own private pool and gardens. On a hilltop, majestically overlooking the authentic Italian village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano in Le Marche. This is a very unspoilt region of Italy, lesser known than its Umbrian neighbour. Casa Etta's unique location is second to none, a private villa within a two minute walk of the local village, very hard to come by. A 40 minute drive will take you to the safe and clean beaches of the Adriatic with its excellent sea food restaurants for lunch. Under floor heating for our winter ski bookers. Ideal for a group of friends, families and couples alike. Large uniformed swimming pool with terracotta tiled surround. Set in its own private and well manicured gardens Casa Etta has beautiful views from the panoramic terrace and bedrooms. There is a garden Barbeque for alfresco dining, enjoy evening cocktails on the terrace! There is a bank in the village, supermarket little restaurants and coffee bars.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday.Normal check in is 3pm check out 10am. You will be met on arrival by our representative and shown the house.

Towels and linen are included in the cost. Our villa is cleaned ready for when our clients arrive and upon departure. Please bring extra beach/swimming pool towels. Extra interim cleans may be arranged for an extra cost. |

Notes on accommodation
This villa is suitable for families, couples, and friends. Heated throughout in the winter months, ideal for skiers. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with full bedroom suites, good quality wooden beds, bedside cabinets, chests of drawers, large wardrobes and plenty of storage. Fully tiled floors throughout. Large private swimming pool (our pool is uniformed (important for children as there is no deep end) pool size is 9 x 4.5 metres 1.2 deep. Outside terrace for those summer barbecues. Make us of our utility room, so go home with no washing! Sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. Excellent location, privacy and the envious location of being just a two minute walk from the village! For children - high chairs available.Parking 2 min walk. We also arrange private weddings at Casa Etta taking care of all the legal side of things for you too! Accessibility
Casa Etta has steps up to it. Please call us to discuss the suitability for guests. There is a side entrance that could give wheelchair access, but each individual client is different, so we must get it right ! Casa Etta is not adapted for wheelchair users regarding the bathrooms.
Outside
Casa Etta is set in its own private, well manicured grounds. The main feature of our country house is its large swimming pool, excellent for children with no deep end, but deep enough to make it suitable for swimmers alike. Terracotta tiles surround the pool. This area is ideal for sunbathing, and relaxing. Good quality sun loungers and umbrellas are there for your enjoyment. Our terrace lends itself to al fresco dining, excellent for evening entertaining as our gardens are well lit. Outside barbecue area. Fig trees, olive trees and various other shrubbery surround the villa. Our super pool is heated from November - April. Should you require heating for May this will be an addition of £75 per week. Our house has stunning views of the sibilni mountains from most bedrooms and of course the garden.
Coast/Beach
The Adriatic coast is just under one hour away. Sandy, flat, safe beaches. Good local seafood restaurants for lunch. There is a train that runs along the coast which can take you to Rimini, and Cattolica. From Ancona, the train can be taken to Rome. Many of our clients choose this area as a 2 centre holiday and we also get many self drive clients.
Golf
Local golf courses within 15 minute drive.
Skiing
You can ski in this area in the Sibillini Mountains which are less than one hour away by car. Well organised resort with ski lifts, restaurant, instructors and ski hire are all available. Good skiing and snow boarding. Green to red runs available.
Travel
Ancona airport is 1 hour drive away. Pescara 1½ hours. Bologna 3 hours. Rome 3½ hours. There is also a train from Rome to Ancona, this takes 3 hours and costs 30 euros, first class!
Distances
Macerata 25 mins by car, excellent for Opera lovers and shopping. Assisi 2 hours. Rome 3½ hours. Amandola, a nice market town good for local shopping 15 mins by car. Loreto, famous for the Black Madonna is 30 mins drive. A good day out.
Further details
The location of Casa Etta is close to the Sibilini Mountains where there is an abundance of trekking, hiking, horseriding, excellent for mountain biking and other outdoor activities. These activities are within a 30 minute drive away. The village has a bank and lots of nice little restaurants and a post office. Weekly fish market and some great festivals in the summer months.
Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit please when booking, balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a returnable breakage deposit of £300. Please ask for our price in euros. We accept personal cheques, debit cards and all major credit cards. There is a 2% charge when paying by card.
