Lierna is a small and typical village on Lake Como. Just 700m from the property you will find La Riva Bianca (the White Shore), one of the largest stone beaches on the Lake and just a stones throw from the house there is a wide selection of bars, shops and restaurants. To honour that beauty and not to spoil the magic atmosphere of the area we have built the property at the foothill. The villa has a wonderful geographical position and dominates the village of Lierna without overwhelming it and being invisible from the outside but with unique views, it is isolated but central. Built using the typical, now rare, black marble from Varenna, the same used for much of the Vatican City, by expert craftsmen according to the ancient tradition. Air-conditioning and heating systems are available for clients during their stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor and on the first floor, is the owner with his wife and his 17 year old daughter, with whom clients will share the pool.

Prices do not include electricity: 0.40 euros Kw/h and gas: 1.20 euros/m3.
Final cleaning 100 euros. Pool contribution 150 euros weekly. Security deposit 500 euros (refundable). High chair 20 euros. Baby cot 30 euros. Maid service available 15 euros per hour. ADSL Internet access 20 euros weekly wi-fi.

Rents are from Saturday to Saturday (more flexible during Low Season from November to April).

Notes on accommodation
Siutable for children. No pets allowed. No smokers. The swimming pool is open from the first week of May to the first in October.
Outside
In front of the house there is the heated swimming pool (approx. 13mt x 6mt) that is located on a wide terrace surrounded by trees and with a breathtaking view of the Lecco branch of the Lake and the promontory of Bellagio, on the first floor, the owner with his wife and his 17 year old daughter with whom clients will share the swimming pool. The garden is wonderful and very well cared for. The villa has also a patio where guests can eat alfresco. Private parking places are available.

Hello my name is Stefania I'm 33 years old I married with a little girl of 2,5 years old. I grew up in Lierna with my family, we also own a restaurant a family business since 1892, I'm the chef. I have lived in Cardiff (Wales UK) for nearly 4 years with my husband and I've loved it, there is when I learned my poor English.

We love our town and exactly the area where we live, where the beach is so we built new houses and we love to have guest from other countries. Our view is incomparable.
