The recently renovated house has maintained its timeless fascination thanks to the elegant furnishings such as wooden ceiling beams and tiled floors, to the choice of colours and to the large and luminous rooms characterized by open stone walls. The view from the lovely terrace built into the roof on the second floor, the large swimming pool looking out over the woods below and the natural surroundings make La Valle a magical place in which to spend time in a perfect mixture between past and present.

Outside
Situated on the top of a gentle hill, our holiday home is surrounded by a splendid 12½ acres well maintained wood of oak trees. The 1500m garden with the swimming pool is completely fenced in and is reached from the house by a 800m road leading through the woods. Chairs, deckchairs, umbrellas, BBQ outdoor furniture. Swimming pool open from May to October, it measures 6x12m and has a maximum depth of 240m. The salted water reaches up to the edge creating an infinity effect dominating the valley below.

Access road about 800m of unpaved road in excellent condition. Important attractions within 100km: Todi, Orvieto, Arezzo, Trasimeno Lake, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Città di Castello, Cortona, San Sepolcro. Services and food shops: Badia Petroia 1km, Trestina 2km, Umbertide 8km.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arriving of the guest. Cot and highchair hire is free of charge, but please tell at the booking if you require them. Long term rental discount.
