Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
All bedlinen and towels are provided, free of charge. Water, electricity and gas are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.
All apartments have air-conditioning. This is charged at £5 per day if required.

Changeover day
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but if you need some flexibility on these conditions, please contact us.

Eliana (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

The 1 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 persons. Spacious terrace or private garden. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen and towels included. Satellite TV. Air conditioning. 1 spacious bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen.

Eliana (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

The apartment sleeps up to 6 persons. Spacious terrace or private garden. There is a double bed in the bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a double sofabed in the living area. Bed linen and towels included. Satellite TV. Air conditioning. 1 spacious bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen.

Outside
There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and there is shared garden at the front of the residence with barbecue area and gazebo.
To give our customers that little extra, each apartment has its own indoor garage and there is a laundry room available.

Travel
The apartment is:
60 mins from Verona airport, BA.
40 mins from Verona Brescia Airport, Ryanair.
60 mins from Milan Bergamo Airport, Ryanair.
90 mins from Milan Linate Airport, Easyjet.
120 mins from Venice Airport, Easyjet.
Use of a car is not essential but we do recommend it - it is the best way to enjoy this wonderful area!

Distances
The village of Moniga del Garda is a few minutes walk away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The lake and beach are 1km away and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required on booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Although cleaning is included, we do ask guests to ensure the kitchen is clean on departure.
100 euros breakage deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure.
