Very close to every service, with beautiful panorama and on the other side looking at Villa Durazzo Park, whose beautiful gardens are very close to the apartment. Beach in front, surf and boats may be hired in the port, tennis at one kilometer, golf at Rapallo in a exclusive club with beautiful green, surf may be let at Paraggi. Close to the station 800 meters away, autoroute at Rapallo 2,5 kilometers, airport at Genoa, 35 kilometers, on the road to Portofino that is 5 kilometers away. In front you have nice gardens, passing by them you may reach the beach, nice restaurants and pizzerie are close to the entrance.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euro.
Cleaning, 50 euro is added to the price and also 30 euro for gas light and water.
In winter heating is not included and is calculated extra.
For long period discounts on demand.
A discount of 15% is granted for renting two weeks except July and August when the discount is of 10%.
Changeover day
Possibly on Saturday, but it is flexible, may be done everyday.
The Agency on Sunday closes at 12.30pm.

| Bathrooms: | Large bathroom with shower only, bidet included, out of the bathroom there is a little balcony with net for children and a box with washing machine. Towels included. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen well furnished and equipped with a table for two persons, fridge, microwave and oven, independent heating by gas, towels included. |
| Living Rooms: | Living and dining room inside with a large plasma TV (not included in the photo), large pliable table for over 5 persons, sofa that may become one bed, chairs enough, new mordern lamps at the ceiling. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, the prperty is cleaned before the arrival of the tenants. If the stay longer and one week, they may demand the change of the linen at their charge (20 euro). The cleanance during the may be furnished at payment on request |

Accessibility
It is not suitable as it is on the fourth floor without lift.

The gardens are public, in front you will enjoy of a nice public garden, on the other side the view is on Villa Durazzo Park, whose beautiful gardens are very close (100 meters). At Villa Durazzo you can appreciated musical concerts and so on.
Coast/Beach
Beach in front 50 meters far.
Paraggi, the best beach of the coast is at two kilometers, nice beaches are after the port.
Golf
Golf Club is at Rapallo, 2,5 kilometers far, there is a beautiful green.
Travel
Genoa airport is 35 kilometers far, you can utilize also Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport, cheaper, or Milano Malpensa and Milano Linate.
Distances
Portofino is 5 kilometers away, Rapallo 2,5 kilometers, Genoa 27 kilometers.
ùùcinque Terre are 30 kilometers away about and may be reached better by train.
Further details
Deutsche Bank is at one corner of the place, on the other there is one pharmacie, restaurants and pizzerie, also bar are very nice under the arcade in the place of the building.
In summer there are many activities and they change every year. Spectacles, musicals and so on.
Booking notes
For booking you have to decide and let me know, if the place is available I will send you a mail asking a deposit of about 200 euro, when I will receive them I will send you a letter by post also.
At your arrival you have to go to Agenzia Esseci, Via Palestro, 9, 16038 S. Margherita Ligure (Ge) telephone 00390185289984, and, under payment of the difference Mr. Corrado come along with you to the apartment giving you the keys.
May be asked a little deposit that will be back at the departure.

About the owner
My name is Rosa Tea Borzone, my husband was Mr Portacolone.
I was born in the apartment number 7 many many years ago, I have three sons and now I live in the neaborough of Turin.
After many years from my wedding my husband bought the apartment in front of apartment 7, where lived his mother in law, and I spent my holidays in the apartment 8 that I appreciated very much.
Both apartments are nice and when people arrive in the bottom forget the steps done.

Apartments number 7 IT 1572 was bought by my parents
on 1929 and apartment 8 IT 2971 by my husband on 1986, I spent my holidays in this apartment.

Portofino is five kilometers away.
