On the ground floor a large double bedroom with bathroom with the possibility to add the third bed and/or the cradle. Separate laundry room. On the first floor, a large living room with a wonderful log fire and a new fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer and cooker. On the second floor another bathrooms and 2 bedrooms: a double or twin bedroom, a double bedroom with the possibility to add the third bed and/or the cradle. On request, double sofa bed on the living room. Iron and laundry are available in a private room of the house on the ground floor of the villa. The villa has a swimming pool, large garden and barbecue for delightful dinner alfresco, immersed in unforgettable sunset. NB: For family of 4/6 people that use only 2 bedrooms and the double sofa bed we offer a discount on the price. The villa is always rented in exclusivity.

Changeover day
Saturday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Arrival between 4pm and 10pm. Departure before 10am.

Notes on accommodation

Outside
The villa Il Gelso Antico has a very large garden with barbecue and dining area, deck chairs, cushions, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Private swimming pool (7x14m).

Travel
Perugia with Ryanair is the nearest airport (30 mins driving). The property is two hours distance from Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Pisa, Forlì(Ryanair). All the major car hire firms are represented at the airports and it is essential to have a car. Directions will be supplied when you rent the villa.

In this area there are many places of great interest: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto, Cortona, Arezzo.

The nearest village is 10 mins distance by car - it has supermarket, bar, restaurants, pizzerias, chemist's shop, cinema, theatre, post office, baker, butchers, internet cafe, clothes and toy shops.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arriving of the guest. Cot and highchair hire is free of charge, but please tell at the booking if you require them. Long term discount. The price includes water, gas, and electricity, use of the laundry room, linen and towels.
