'Trullo della Luna' is a farmhouse, it is the typical building house you can find in Valle d'Itria: it is a classic 4-cones rural trullo. This type of building was once used only by the local peasants, now its shapes are appreciated by the entire world and are representative of this Italian region and its ancient culture. This area of Apulia is becoming a new Chianti, a place where the nature fuses its beauty into the controlled, quiet human environment. We recently bought this trullo when it was completely abandoned. As we are both architects, we saw it as if its dry-stone blocks were the ruins of an ancient temple, and we restored it with a great enthusiasm. Our aim is to rent it for holiday stays and use it for our familiar purposes. We give the use of our Fiat Panda as promotional feature. Weekly rate for the use of the exclusive swimming pool: 170 euros.
+5% for payments via bank transfer or cheques (credit card on-line payment without any added fee);
Contractual fees will be in euro. Prices quoted up to 2, 4, 6 people.

Changeover day
We do prefer use Saturday as changeover day but we can be flexible.

| Utility Room: | 'Trullo della Luna' is composed by a main dome-shaped room where there is a sofabed (2) and 3 vaulted 'alcova', on 1 side, 2 of them form a small bedroom with another sofabed (2), from the other side there is the kitchenette. |
| Living Rooms: | In the new area on the rear of the building there is a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with wash basin, wc, bidet, shower. |
| Other: | Outside the building there is the swimming pool (for your sole use) and another important 'room', a sort of yard, once used for goats and sheep now a beautiful place with a table and a wooden pergola. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and weekly changed. The property is cleaned once a week. |

Coast/Beach
Trullo della Luna is located in the interland of Ostuni, south east of the famous Valle d'Itria, the trulli-area (Alberobello, Cisternino, Locorotondo), not far from the Torre Guaceto National Marine Reserve, a park with 7km of uncontaminated sea-coast with plenty of small crystal waters bays and white sand beaches. The environmental protection leaves new innovative ways of enjoying and being part of the nature: excursions, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing etc.
Travel
20 minutes by car from Brindisi Airport, frequently served by Ryanair at very convenient prices.
Distances
Many daily trips are also possible: Alberobello, Fasano, Matera, Ostuni, Oria, Mesagne, San Vito dei Normanni, Carovigno… all beautiful tourist goals. Our trullo is completely immersed in a beautiful olive grove. When we bought the trullo, we though it is the best place to have relaxing moments. Our exclusive swimming pool, just aside of the trullo, will help you sampling the silences and the beauty of this place.

IMPORTANT! The refurbishment of the trullo is just finished and many particulars must be done to complete everything as we want for our guests. For this reason we decided you can book your stay without paying a deposit. When everything will be set and the web site information will be completed we will ask you to pay a deposit to confirm the stay. There will be no bounds from both parts until that moment. We reserve the right to cancel the 'pre - booking' and you may cancel your 'pre-booking' without loosing any money.
