The village of Castello delle Forme is a 10 minute walk. The town of Marsciano is a 15 minute drive. The historic centres of Perugia, Assisi, Todi are within a 30 minute drive. Lake Trasimeno is 30 minutes by car.

There are 3 supermarkets in Marsciano and a small supermarket in San Valentino. Good clothes shops can be found in Marsciano, Perugia and Todi. Apart from the main historic towns, we are surrounded by many beautiful hilltop villages and hamlets. also close by is the famous pottery centre of Deruta. There are three good restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due six weeks before the holiday starts. A security deposit of £200 to cover breakages is payable with the final balance. Refunds are made within one week of the end of your holiday.
