Our wonderful apartments are set in beautiful parkland of Mediterranean flowers and trees with stunning views over Lake Garda. The complex has wonderful sunny facades, spacious porticos, exotic flowers and plants and a wonderful swimming pool area, with beautiful views over Lake Garda. The swimming pool has a separate children’s pool, Jacuzzi and small snack bar. Our apartments have a garage and the residence has a small bar and terrace overlooking the lake for our guests. For children there is also a playground and indoor games room. Thanks to their ideal location, our apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. The beautiful village of Gardone Riviera is only a few hundred metres away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. Ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

Notes on prices
Prices are for each apartment per week and in UK pounds.
All bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge and water, electricity, gas and air-conditioning are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.
Changeover day
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but if you need flexibility on this, please contact us.

This apartment is on the ground floor and has a veranda and lake views. The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofabed in the living area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; satellite TV, air conditioning, safe and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have their own garage. There are also additional parking spaces outside the residence.
Outside
The terrace and patio of each apartment has table and chairs for enjoying meals outside. There is a wonderful swimming pool overlooking Lake Garda, with separate children’s pool and Jacuzzi.

Travel
The apartments are:
60 min from Verona airport - BA.
40 min from Verona Brescia Airport - Ryanair.
60 min from Milan Bergamo Airport - Ryanair.
90 min from Milan Linate Airport - Easyjet.
120 min from Venice Airport - Easyjet.
Use of a car is not essential but we do recommend it - it is the best way to enjoy this wonderful area!
Distances
The beautiful village of Gardone Riviera is only a few hundred metres away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. Ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.
Booking notes
30% deposit required on booking, which can be paid by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. 130 euro breakage deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure.
