In the Medieval downtown of Pietrasanta, we rent a lovely apartment in the Palazzo Ferretti, the family house that dates back to the 18th century. Palazzo Ferretti has been renovated in 2000 and since then it has been a vacation rental for artists and tourists. Ideal location for daily trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, 5Terre. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. All the fees are included (gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels), except heating in wintertime (0,5 euro per hour).

Bath towels and bed linen are included in the rate. For a more than one week stay, we provide you with an additional set of bed linen you can wash in your washing machine. Daily or weekly cleaning at extra charge (20 euros). |

Palazzo Ferretti has a 200 sqm garden equipped with tables, sun-beds, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and a nice 100 sqm courtyard.
Coast/Beach
The coast at Marina di Pietrasanta (5 km) is an elegant seaside resort with clubs ("bagni"), cafes, restaurants.
Forte dei Marmi (7 km) hosts a boatline that will take you up the coast to Portofino for lunch or Cinque Terre!
Viareggio (15 km) hosts a liberty style promenade directly on the seaside.
There is a local bus from Pietrasanta to Marina di Pietrasanta and a nice bike path.
Golf
At Pietrasanta there are two golf clubs. The Versilia Golf Club is located at 2km far from Pietrasanta downtown. There is a 18-holes course, driving range, putting-green e pitching-green, clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop. Travel
We recommend not renting a car, as we are located downtown, at 10 minute walk from the railway station and the bus station. Rent a bike and enjoy the bikepath from Pietrasanta to Marina, Forte dei Marmi, Camaiore, Viareggio.
Pisa airport is at 30 km (one hour by train).
Distances
Pisa is 30 km (20 minutes by train).
Florence is at 90 km (90 minutes by train).
Lucca is at 40 km (one hour by bus).
5 Terre is at 50 km (one hour by train).
Carrara is at 20 km (30 minutes by train).
Camaiore is at 15 km (30 minutes by bus).
Viareggio is at 20 km (12 minutes by train).

We are located downtonw near all the cultural places of interest: San Martino's Cathedral (XIV century) with its red brick belltower, Sant'Agostino (XIV cent.), the "Torre delle Ore" (Tower of the Hours, XVI cent.), Rocchetta Arrighina (XIV cent.), Fonte del Marzocco (XVI century), the Colonna della Libertą, (XVI cent.), the monument to Leopoldo II (XIX cent.), Sant'Antonio's church (XIV cent.) that houses two large frescoes by Fernando Botero, Museo dei Bozzetti (museum of sketches and models).
