3 bedroom converted farmhouse in secluded position on wooded hillside with stunning view over valley. Swimming pool and large garden. House is reached by its own private 'white' road (0.7km) through the woods and is a haven of peace and tranquility. Wonderful place to relax and forget the pressures of everyday life. Serious pianists are encouraged to enjoy our new Kawai upright piano.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros, payment to be made to our Italian bank account. Will consider lower rates for smaller numbers of occupiers at certain times of year. 10% discount for full payment on booking 6 months or more before start date and also for two or more consecutive weeks booked in one booking. (Only one such discount to apply!). Heating not included in prices.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival not before 4.00pm, except by arrangement and departure by 10.00.

Bedlinen and towels for up to 6 people can be provided. Property is cleaned and linen washed when there is a changeover of guests. |

Property is reached by its own 0.7 km dirt track through the woods. It is a country road, steep in some places, and can be a bit bumpy/muddy according to the season.

Train stations: Trestina 9 km (FCU, i e not on Trenitalia website) and Terontola (Cortona) 26 km (Mainline).

Nearest village, S Leo Bastia, has 2 bars, each with shops attached. Also good local restaurants. Good supermarkets and other shops in Trestina and Umbertide.
Booking notes
30% deposit payable on booking if booked more than six months before start date. 50% deposit payable on booking if booked more than four but less than six months before start date. Remainder due 10 weeks before start date. Whole rental payable on booking if booked less than 8 weeks before start date.
