The Residence of Cala Azzurra is located on the bay of 'Cala Mazzo di Sciacca', a beautiful stones colourful beach between the natural reserve of Zingaro and the rocks of Tonnara di Scopello. There are wide paths and car parking. There is a green area close to the seaside where children can get together and enjoy the vacation. The sea is there is within walking distance although the lazier may find a parking for there car. The beach is freely available although you can rent all sort of facilities including small boats to cruise along the Zingaro coast. There is not only sea, however, since a few kilometres away you can reach Segesta, Selinunte, Motia, Erice, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, San Vito lo Capo, Gibellina including the seasonal happenings they offer.

The best way to arrive to Scopello is by car although there are buses from Castellamare and there is also a private pick-up service from/to airport, please ask. Castellammare has bus and train connections to Palermo, to the airport and to Trapani.
