The exquisitely furnished stone villa is situated on the beautiful Apuan mountains, close to a lively village that has several bars and restaurants serving excellent regional food as well as shops, a chemist and a doctor. The property has a large garden with a ten metre by five metre swimming pool. As stated earlier, the view from the large terrace is quite extraordinary in its beauty and drama. The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine and the villa has three tastefully decorated bathrooms. Access to the property is via a three hundred metre walk from a parking area through the stunning ruined hamlet. Pisa is the closest airport just over an hour from the house with Genoa being only 15 mins further away.

Accessibility
This property would unfortunately not be suitable for people with mobility problems due to access walk through the cobbled street of the local ruined (but immensely charming) hamlet.

Large private terraced garden with a ten metre by five metre swimming pool that is not overlooked by anyone. This is surrounded by a beautiful patio area with sun-loungers and parasols.Two large upstairs terraces, one with automatic sun blind and more sun loungers as well as an external dining table that seats eight people. The front (breakfast) terrace has table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
45 mins to nearest beach at Sarzana. Sandy beach, restaurants and bars. Glorious Viareggio on the Italian riviera is one hour away.
Skiing
Skiing available near Passo del Lagastrello 35 mins by car.
Special interest holidays
Wonderful walking country. Weekly 'festas' (local summer festivals) throughout the summer - trout festival, beer wild mushroom festival, olive festival, you name it there will be a local festival!
Travel
Pisa closest airport. 1hr 10 mins door to door. Genoa fifteen minutes further. Aulla is closest large town for map reference.

Comano, local town is 6 mins by car. Pisa 1hr 10 mins, Viareggio beach 1 hr, Lucca 1hr 30 mins, Florence 2 hrs 30 mins.
