Please note that if you choose a double room as a single occupancy the full rate of 50 euros will apply.
If you require a single room but we can only offer a double then our single occupancy rate of 35 euros applies.

Changeover day
Our changeover day is flexible. Arrivals after 2pm. Departures by 10am.

Bella Veduta B&B (Slees 6/7, 3 Bedrooms)

Room 1 is a large kingsize bedded room with views of the Sibillini mountains the bathroom consists of a washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. Room 2 is a large kingsize bedded room, the bathroom consists of a washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. Room 3 is a twin bedded room, the bathroom consists of a washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. A cot and extra single bed are also available for hire.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have private external entrances and are fully central heated. Electric fans are also provided in the rooms. Suitable for children. Not suitable for disabled.
All rooms are no smoking.

Outside
Large terrace with outstanding views of the Sibillini mountains.
Outdoor furniture, tables and chairs and picnic benches.
Small lawned garden with large trampoline. 2 Olive groves and small vineyard providing us with extra virgin olive oil and red and white wine. BBQ's are held during the summer months (weather permitting).

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Pedaso and Porto San Giorgio are approx a 20 min drive. Pedaso has a shingle beach. Porto San Giorgio is the larger beach resort and is sand. There are many beaches and coastal walks within a 35 min drive.

Travel
Our nearest airports are Ancona, Rimini and Pescara. Ancona and Pescara are approx an 80 min drive. Rimini is approx a 95 min drive. The airports of Bologna and Rome are approx 3 hours drive. Car hire is highly recommended if you wish to get out and about, although we do offer airport transfers to and from Ancona, Rimini and Pescara.

Distances
The medieval centre of Montelparo is 1km / 10 min walk. Monterinaldo and Santa Vittoria are 6km. The town of Fermo is approx 25km. Macerata and Piano di Falerone both have open air concert venues showing a wide range of musical and theatrical events. The local village of Force still has working copper makers where you can buy many interesting items.

Further details
The village of Montelparo has 2 bars, pizzeria, 2 grocery shops, butchers, clothes shops, pharmacy, doctor, post office and bank. Locally you can also go horse-riding, cycling, fishing, take Italian cookery classes and painting classes. Many of the surrounding villages have bars, pizzeria and restaurants. Fermo and Ascoli Piceno both have large shopping centres and many restaurants.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by email, telephone or post. A non refundable deposit of 20 percent of the total cost of your stay is required. The balance payable on arrival. Any additional costs incurred eg. meals, drinks etc are payable the day before departure in euros.

A lovely clean and comfortable room with the most beautiful views both day and night. A very friendly environment for both adults and children. Will be back very soon for more. Jane p.s. loved the trampoline.
