Holiday House Podere Monti offers guests a large holiday apartment, with a private garden, which was recently renovated while conserving the charm and features of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The apartment has a kitchenette, large bathroom with shower, period furniture, with attention to every detail. The thick walls of the holiday house allow you to enjoy the pleasant coolness of summer holidays and warmth during winter stays.

Podere Monti holiday house offers an ideal enviroment for countryside exursions on foot or mountain bikes. The environment surrounding the holiday homes includes woodland owned by the proprietors that enables comfortable, relaxing and quiet walks.
The outdoor area is composed of large garden with tables, a splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from where you can enjoy a spectacular view over San Gimignano. The garden is surrounded by hedges of laurel, bay leaf, cypresses and secular oaks. Beyond the swimming pool area there are 6 hectares of fields and a woodland.

Its works of art and museums are the destination each year of millions of visitors; Volterra retains a considerable historic centre of Etruscan origin, with its Roman ruins and medieval buildings, the Cathedral and the Palazzo dei Priori; San Gimignano: is a mix of splendid alleys and breathtaking views, where you seem to have gone right back to medie.
