| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms are spacious and have ample storage. Bedroom 1 has a large matrimonial (superking) bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds but can be made up as a double if required. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is divided into two separate rooms. The 'small' bathroom with wash basin leads into the main bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has cooker and fridge-freezer, there is also an additional fridge-freezer in the living room. The kitchen leads to the back patio where there is a delightful breakfast/lunch area shaded by a magnificent fig tree (pick your own in season). |

| Living Rooms: | The living/dining room opens onto the front patio. TV, DVD, radio/CD player included. Large DVD library available, also English books, jigsaw puzzles and games. |

Outside
Front patio, with double gates - shrubs and shaded verandah area. The verandah leads into the villa through french doors. From the front patio steps lead to the roof terrace where there is a washing line and plenty of space for private sun-bathing. To the rear of the house, the kitchen leads to a second patio area with barbecue, eating area and outside shower. From the rear entrance there is a pathway leading directly to the sandy beach.
Coast/Beach
100 metres from Lendinuso's sandy beach. Up and down the coastline there are many beaches, some commercialised others not.
Travel
15km from Brindisi airport, 130km from Bari airport. Naples is a viable alternative airport, 4 hours drive. Car hire/use of car is recommended.
Distances
3.5km from Casalabate, another Italian holiday village. 5km from Torchiarolo, 15km from Lecce, the Florence of the South. Close to Ostuni, the White City. Further afield Otranto and Gallipoli. Ideal base for touring Salento Region or for simply relaxing!

Torchiarolo is close by and has supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, post office, bank and hairdressers.
Lecce, the Florence of the South is just 15km away. The historic centres of Ostuni, San Vito dei Normanni, Cisternino, Ceglie and others are all within an easy drive. Otranto and the southern tip make a wonderful day trip, as does Galipoli.
Large hypermarkets, Auchan and Carrefour, within 20 minutes drive.
