Villa Liberti is a large privately owned villa with a wonderful swimming pool run by a local (English speaking) Italian family, situated in the fishing village of San Marco di Castellabate, in the beautiful and unspoilt Cilento National Park. The villa is set in a lovely landscaped garden & is within walking distance of the village of San Marco and beaches. There is a local supermarket just 2 minutes walk away as well as a pasticerea (for your fresh bread) café, chemist, hairdresser & beautician. The villa offers 4 large fully en-suite double bedrooms (there is also room for an extra single bed) available for rent on either a Bed & Breakfast basis or on a self-catering basis. Each of the bedrooms has a small kitchenette with fridge if self-catering is preferred. There is plenty off secure off-street parking, barbecue, tennis-table. The villa also offers 3 beautiful newly refurbished apartments with a terrace (some with seaviews) for up to 6 people.

The large open-plan living room has a sofa-bed, dining room table and chairs to seat 6 people, TV and radio. The kitchen has a 4 hob stove and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms have a bath (with shower attachment), toilet, washbasin and bidet. Each apartment has a terrace and a table, chairs and an umbrella is also provided.

Two of the bedrooms has a small kitchenette with fridge if self-catering is preferred, all have a balcony and private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a wonderful view of the historical town of Castellabate and the others of the park surrounding the villa. They all have central heating, linen & bath towels provided & daily maid service.

 


Outside
The villa offers a beautiful swimming pool for the guests (6 x 12m), the barbecue, the ping pong area, a large garden with outdoor furniture were you can relax all the time, the transfer from the airport of Naples (170 euros) and from the railway station of agropoli-castellabate (30 euros).

Coast/Beach
The villa is close to the centre of the village of S. Marco just 400m, and from the port less then 1km, so you can easily reach the beach walking. There is a wonderful and sandy beach, 1,200m away.

Travel
The car is not necessary because we are close to everything you need, the sun, the sea, the shops. Naples is the nearest airport and we can organize a transfer from the rail station of Agropoli-Castellabate.

Distances
The centre of the village of S.Marco Di Castellabae is 400m away. The nearest airport is Naples and the nearest rail station is Agropoli - Castellabate.

A deposit of 30% is required to book and the balance is due at the moment of the arrival.

Hello, we are a family of 3, Luca Massimo and Antonella loving the animals in fact we have a dog and a cat. We love being in the company,we are very sociable and cheerful. We are available and we do the possibility of 'our guests feel at home.The property is really beautiful and in a quite place, just two minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby excursions centre. If you are looking for great food, we can also recommend local restaurants who can prepare delicious evening meals at reasonable price.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
We come from a nearby town but in the 2006 decide to live all over the year in S. Marco di Castellabate because it is a beautiful and peaceful town on the sea were you can find wonderful sandy beaches, a good food, tasty wine, history and cultural places like Pompei, Paestum, and least but not last, the amazing surronding of the national park of Cilento.

Unique benefits of the property
Mison la Mola has a wonderful view on the sea. You can relax and enjoyng all the time you want on the terrace , looking the infinity . It is in a very good location because it is in the centre of the old town so easily by walk you can reach supermarket (100 mt), bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is really large, confortable, exclusive. Moreover, we are so friendly people that you can feel like at home.
