Spacious and comfortable this Italian villa set on a dominant hill overlooking the valley towards Arezzo is perfect for families with children. Furnished in the typical Tuscan country style of the old times but with all modern comforts. It is surrounded by a 6ha estate, with fully fenced in yard, a 6m x 12m fenced pool, fruit trees, shade trees, oak wood and cultivated fields. Each door of the villa opens to green spaces around the house. Relaxing hammocks, benches, tables and chairs spread out around the beautiful and quiet yard. A tennis table, full sized field to play bowls and a football table are also available. An ideal choice for groups who wish to visit Italy and Tuscany while still being close to the holiday rental for afternoon swims, strolls in the forest, fishing and horse riding, collecting veggies in the garden or simply relax, enjoy the view and do...nothing!

Towels and linen are included and will be changed once a week. Cleaning at the beginning and at the end of the week. Maid and cooking service during the week is not included but available and must be agreed directly with the maid or the cook. |

Notes on accommodation

Outside
Large covered terrace with tables and chairs to accommodate everyone while waiting for home made pizza to come out of the wood burning stove. Fully fenced in yard. Organic veggie garden, fruit and shade trees, woodlands and cultivated field. Hammocks, benches, tables and chairs spread out in the yard. Table tennis, full size bowling green, football table, soccer and volley nets available. The 12x6m private pool is in a reserved position behind the villa and totally closed in with 2 gates for child safety. Surrounded by deck chairs, tables and umbrellas, the pool is equipped with a solar cell hot shower. A little wooden changing house is also located by the pool.

Adriatic Coast (Rimini and Riccione) 2 hours. Tirreno Coast (Grosseto) 2½ hours. Tirreno Coast (Viareggio) 2 hours.
Special interest holidays
5 day practical courses of typical Italian and Tuscan cookery are available on request. Different local cooks will take you around the pleasures and difficulties of hand made pasta, ribollita soup, Tuscan Style meat sauce (Ragù Toscano) and many other delicacies. Prices will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will vary depending on the number of participants and the kind of course requested. Courses and conditions must be agreed with a 2 months notice.
