The outside is the beach. The property is in a natural protected area, this is the reason way you can swim safely in Paraggi bay where the motorboats are not allowed.
If you like trekking, directly from the apartment you can start beautiful trip with stunning landscape.
Portofino village has very good restaurants and the most important Italian "griffe boutiques".

For sea lovers, beside swimming there is diving, fishing and sailing. In the boat warehouse underneath the flat you can hire small boats (Laser, Hobie cat), windsurfs and canoes and a trainer for windsurf lessons.

By plane: Airports are Genova, Pisa, Milano (Linate, Malpensa) Bergamo (Orio al Serio), Nizza.
By train: Santa Margherita Ligure – Portofino can be reached from Milan (2.5 hours), Genova (45 minutes), Pisa (2 hours).
By car: through A12 highway (Genova - Livorno) Rapallo exit (20km from Genova). From Rapallo follow directions to Santa Margherita Ligure/Portofino. Immediately after Paraggi, on the right there is the villa of Niasca with its parking place.
