Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor. There are both stairs and an elevator taking you to the apartment.
Outside
The property includes a beautiful and quiet garden which includes direct access to the lake.
Coast/Beach
You can enjoy private lake access. In addition it is only a 2 min. walk to the small beach of San Vito. Here you can both swim or enjoy watersports such as windsurfing.
Golf
Within 20 minutes you can reach Italy's oldest golf course, established in 1907 with 18-holes, par 70.
Skiing
There are ample possibilities to visit ski resorts. The perhaps most well know is St. Moritz in Switzerland which is situated 90km away from the property. Many other Italian ski resorts are reachable within 1 - 1 1/2 hours drive. Please contact us if you would like further information.

Milan Malpensa Airport - 88km. Milan Linate Airport - 98km. Bergamo Airport - 1.5 hour drive. Lugano Airport - 45 mins drive.
Ferry at San Pianello - 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive or from for example Menaggio - 8 mins drive.

Milan - 88km.
Como Town - 42km.
Lugano (Switzerland) - 25km.
Menaggio - 9 km.
Bellagio and Varenna - 10/15 mins by boat from Menaggio.
Further details
You have easy access to many beautiful villages, villas and other sites from San Vito. In Menaggio (9 km away) you will find fantastic Italian ice cream and great cafes, local shops, mini market and bank. Tourist bureau and internet is also available at the main square in Menaggio.
We can truly recommend seing the lake by boat. Take the ferry to beautiful Varenna or Bellagio from Menaggio. It is also a beautiful boatride to go all the way through the lake to Como. In Como town you can find beautiful churches, piazzas, shops and lakeside scenery in abudance.
Villa Carlotta in near by Mezzegra for gardens and lake views par excellence! Or take the train to Milan, a haven for fashion enthusiasts. What's more charming Lake Lugano, which borders Switzerland is just 6 miles away!
