Our elegant and fully-equipped apartments are located in a distinguished and totally refurbished building of the end of the 19° century, situated in the Centre of Palermo, 3 minutes walking from Politeama Theatre square, the main square of the city. The location is perfect as a base for visiting the best shops of the centre, cafes, bars, Arabic-Norman churches and every architectural and historical treasure of Palermo, all of which are very close by. Politeama Theatre square is also well connected by public transport to the famous Mondello beach (in 10 min.) and Palermo Airport (in 40 min.). We are also very close to an old and traditional market called “Borgo Vecchio”, in which you can find all kinds of typical Sicilian products, and also fresh fish, just caught the night before!

The two-roomed apartments, fully furnished, are composed of living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower, cooking area or separate kitchen. The cooking area is fully furnished with cookers, microwave oven, refrigerator and freeze, sink, kitchenware and pots. Every apartment is provided with independent air-conditioned and heating, colour TV (satellite TV for double-roomed). Bed linen and towels are also included. Iron is on request. Laundry, luggage storage and free internet point are also available. |

Coast/Beach
We are 3 minutes walking from Politeama Theatre, the Heart of Palermo. From there start all the buses and coaches to the main beaches, Mondello beach first of all (10 minutes by bus), so that you can stay in right in the centre of the city, but have an easy access to the beach at the same time! From the Theatre also starts the double-decker tour bus that takes you on a scheduled panoramic tour of Palermo with an English-speaking guide, the best way to start your trip in Palermo!
Travel
Living in the Centre of Palermo does not require a car at all, though if you have one you may park it on the street or in one of the two private parkings just behind us. Politeama Theatre square is also well connected by public transportation to the airport Falcone e Borsellino (40 minutes). Palermo, which in Greek means "All Port", is surrounded by the seaside, so the port is very close to the centre, and we use to have a trip in the small islands around and come back easily in the same day!
Distances
The location is perfect as a base for visiting the best shops of the centre, cafes, bars, Arabic-Norman churches and every architectural and historical treasure of Palermo, all of which are very close by. A short walk will take you to the Massimo theatre and the Archaeological Museum. From Politeama Theatre start all the buses to the ancient Arabic and Norman towns that surround Palermo, such as Monreale, with its world-famous Cathedral.

The location is perfect as a base for visiting the best shops of the centre, cafes, bars, Arabic-Norman churches and every architectural and historical treasure of Palermo.
Bar, restaurants and Palermo's finest shops surround the Historical Centre. We have also a supermarket just in front of us, a pizzeria 60 meters far from, and, most of all, the most ancient and famous open-market of Palermo, Borgo Vecchio, just between Politeama Theatre and us!
