The restaurants and bars of Murta Maria are a short walking distance away and include a specialist fish restaurant as well as pizza and pasta. There is a small supermarket as well as a wonderful pasticceria and other small local shops in the village. The wonderful Porto Istana beach is just 1500 metres away and many other fabulous beaches are in the vicinity including the famous La Cinta and Brandinchi.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs, all apartments are on the first floor and accessable by stairs.
Outside
Well laid out and maintained gardens. Shared pool with outside furniture (chairs, tables and umbrellas). Shallow pool for younger children.
Coast/Beach
As well as the fabulous local beaches the famous beaches of the reknown Costa Smeralda are short drive away and can be reached within 25 mins.
Golf
Golf Club Puntaldia in San Teodoro is 20km away. Also the Pevero Golf Club is 45km away.
Special interest holidays
Boat excursions available from the nearby Porto San Paulo to the island of Tavolara recommended, along with a boat trip around the Maddelena Archipelago.
Travel
Olbia airport is a 15 minute drive away and is served by Easyjet from Gatwick. Flights now available to Olbia from Leeds/Bradford airport.
Alghero airport is an hour and half away and is served by Ryanair. Both airports have numerous car rental options to choose from.
Olbia also has ferry terminal with ferries from mainland Italy.

Further details
Diving is very popular and there is a good diving centre at Porto San Paulo. You can also hire mopeds and bikes at Porto San Paulo next door to the internet cafe.
The local Murta Maria beach offers great conditions for wind and kite surfing.
There is a great water park at Baia Sardinia a short drive away, much enjoyed by the younger members of the group.
Tennis courts are available at the nearby Park Hotel.
Booking notes
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts for periods of 3 wks or more considered. There is a final cleaning charge of £50 or £60 depending on size of apartment. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
