The flat ovelooks the famous Piazza Civica and it's near the lovely harbour, surrounded by the most prestigious boutiques and cafes in town, traffic isn't allowed in the square making it a very peaceful and tourist friendly environment.

Changeover day
Changeover and check out are flexible during off peak times and can be agreed with us via email. However during summer months and peak season we check in after 3pm and check out time by 12pm.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning to be used with all the doors and windows shut to avoid damages. Gas canister in the cooker is changed regularly, in case this runs out during your stay we'll provide the exchange after you alert us.

The flat is located on a first floor but it isn't easy to access to people with mobility issues.

10 minutes walk to the main beach, 5 to10 minutes drive to all other beaches, 1 minute walk to the harbour.
Alghero is located in a bay made up of white sandy beaches which stretch out for miles and touched by emerald water

10/15 minutes drive from Alghero airport.
If hiring a car you can park in the vicinity.
Taxi drop off is 1 minute from the apartment.
Local bus service stop is 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Being in the heart of the Old Town everything is within walking distance, this includes historical sites, shops, cafes and restaurants - and the gorgeous harbour where daily boat trip to the local coastline are available for a very small fee.
Further details
Some of the best restaurants are in the vicinity, like the famous pizzeria Bella Napoli, next door to the property, with the best pizza served in town. For a bit of shopping in the square visit Spelta, perfect for ladies shoes and accessories and Cele for men and women collections. Also at number 9 is Antonio Marras, one the most established modern Italian designers. Don't miss out the aperitivo on the Caffe'Latino on the near by walls overlooking the harbour.
Booking notes
Minimum booking 4 nights, we advise to book well in advance giving at least 2 weeks notice. 20% of the rental total has to be deposited in order to reserve the property. The difference has to be paid before entering the property.
A cash deposit is required befor entering to cover eventual damages to the property (150 euros).
