Set in narrow cobbled streets in the historic centre of the lovely medieval city of Bosa, just a few minutes walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach. Bosa is at the head of a wild and unspoilt river valley, surrounded by mountains, and wrapped around a hill with a castle on the top. The river Temo leads to the sea, where there is a wide sandy beach. Nearby are many other beaches of great natural beauty and character.

All apartments have fans, as well as their own air-conditioning and heating units, and so are suitable for rental at all times of year.

Outside
The Penthouse has a large private sun terrace with spectacular views across the town and surrounding countryside and out to sea. Orange Tree View has its own balcony through double doors from the living room, looking over a walled garden and small lane.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 2 kms to the nearest beach, Bosa Marina, which is sandy and safe, and regularly judged to be the cleanest beach in Italy. Many other beaches are within 10 kms, including small coves with spectacular rock formations. Between Bosa and Alghero is a spectacular coast road in an area is protected by law, so it is completely undeveloped. There are amazing views of the breathtaking unspoilt scenery of rugged mountains, lush green growth and turquoise sea.
Travel
Just over an hour's drive to Alghero airport (45 kms). Olbia airport is about a 2 hour drive away. Cagliari airport is about 3 hours drive. Use of a car is strongly recommended as this makes exploring this beautiful area easier, although it is possible to take a taxi to and from Alghero airport.
Distances
Many places of cultural, archaeological interest and great natural beauty within an hour's drive. Check out Santa Cristina (sacred well temple), Santu Antine (fascinating nuraghic complex), Sant'Andrea Priu (ancient rock dwellings), Is Arutas (quartz beach), Tharros (Phoenician settlement). Alghero is less than an hour's drive, so you can take a day trip to enjoy its amenities without having to suffer the crowds, touristy atmosphere and difficult parking that come with staying there.
Further details
It is a few minutes walk to all amenities, such as cafes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is a wide variety of shops, from deluxe pasticcerias, greengrocers to special boutiques selling gold jewellery or handbags.
Lots of free parking nearby and it is generally easy to find a space.
