High season are the periods between April - October (spring and summer), Christmas time (20 Dec-10 Jan) and Easter holiday time.
Minimum stay is a week. Booking deposit is 1/4 of final cost. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival. Refundable security deposit is 200 euros (£150). Rent for a whole month with 30% discount!
Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. Arrival time preferably between 2 and 6 pm, departure time between 8 and 11 am, but different arrangements can be made upon request.

The apartment is just in front Villa Chigi, a green public park with playground area and nature path. The street is animated and you can find every kind of shops nearby the house. At 50m distance there are 2 supermarkets, at 100 m distance a market opened every day, many banks shops and pharmacies. In fact, the building is just behind one of most popular shopping street (Viale Libia) where you can find all sort of shops. Phone-internet point, many bars, pizzerias, restaurants and wine bars.
Booking notes
Minimum stay one week. 25% deposit to be paid on booking, either by bank transfer or Paypal, balance on arrival. The deposit is not refundable, but in case of cancellation we can issue a coupon to be used at a future date. Breakage deposit to be paid on arrival, refundable on departure, less cost of any damage. Rental rates include electricity, gas, heating, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning.
