This apartment has been recently renewed, like the other three, with wonderful handmade decorations and a particular detailed attention for the choice of the materials. The independent entrance is in front of the terrace, which has a panoramic view, where there is a reserved table to eat outside. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Riccio (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Riccio apartment is a big apartment on 2 levels. Fully furnished kitchen with all you need, includes dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery etc. Double bedroom with a wonderful view of the valley on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and a wonderful view of the valley and the bathroom are on the 1st floor (only 6 steps). This apartment has been recently renewed and is tastefully furnished with original antique furniture (of the year 1800). The independent entry is in front of the park (where is the new playground for children) and has a private space with a patio with sunbeds and umbrella.

Volpe (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Volpe apartment is a very nice apartment situated on the first floor. Fully furnished kitchen with all you need, includes dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery etc. Bedroom 1 with double bed, private bathroom with shower, wonderful view of the valley. Bedroom 2 with double bed, private bathroom with shower. This apartment has been recently redesigned and is tastefully furnished with detailed attention. There are original handmade decorations on the walls and on the furniture that evokes a very particular atmosphere. This apartment has a private area with a reserved table to eat outside, sunbeds and umbrella. Possibility to rent separately.

Scoiattolo (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Scoiattolo apartment is smaller than but as beautiful as the other three. It is situated on ground floor and it is ideal for family. Double bedroom. Bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with shower. Fully furnished kitchen with all you need, includes dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery etc. Recently restructured and aesthetically decorated with original exposed stone walls that confer it a refined country living atmosphere. It has a private table to eat outside on the terrace with panoramic view.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments all situated in the same building, have been totally restyled recently with particular detailed attention in respect to the typical Tuscan style. Each apartment has an independent entry and private area or table outside. Bathrooms have been restructured in winter 2006 and all have sink, toilette, bidet and shower cabin. Family with children are welcome, there are a lots of entertainment for the little guests. Ideal also for couples and for those who desire to live a real experience in a Tuscan farmhouse.

Light, gas, water, final cleanings included in price. Heating to consumption. Extra bed 35 euros per week. Sheets and towels euro 15 euros per person. Breakfast 6.50 euros per person per day. Halfboard 23 euros per person per day

Outside
11 hectares surround the farmhouse guarantying the privacy of the guests. Here you can find 2 terraces (furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, chairs and tables). One solarium on the first floor near the swimming pool and the other down stairs with a wonderful panoramic view of the valley. Moreover the guests have to disposition a restaurant with private area outside, relaxing areas with hammocks and a swing always with a view, a new playground for children with 3 swings for children and 1 for baby, a monkey puzzle situated in the park, a new mini football pitch/ badminton court. Mountain bikes free (on availability), library with interesting books about Siena, Florence and Tuscany and board games.

From middle September until middle October all the guests can have the possibility to see all the phases of the harvest from the vinejard to our wine cellar.
